Monday. Always a bummer-day in my world! What can i say, I’m the kinda girl that lives for the weekends :). And, this weekend I’m going camping in Vermont. I’m really excited about trying some camp-fire recipes. Do you know of any good ones?
After work, I was very excited and motivated to run. Pre-run snack:
Half of the last pumpkin muffin+smidgen of peanut butter+sprinkle of oatmeal. Perfect! And, of course, the other half was my post-run snack. These were so good, I must make them again soon. Click here for the recipe.
My run went well! I felt great and accomplished 3 miles in 32:32. It’s amazing to see my timing getting better and better.
Dinner hit the spot! It included cheese and garlic gourmet sausages and roasted brussels sprouts.
4 more days til the weekend! can’t wait! 🙂
