Taking a rest! 🙂
Along the way I had a PB&J on whole grain white bread and a tomato. By the time I got home, I was famished and had a bowl of cereal.
The one thing I learned from this hike is that I need to hike more often! I am so sore right now, especially in my calves and feet.
I was going to cook a nice dinner, but the husband convinced me to get a frozen pizza for dinner. Not the healthiest, but I did hike 5 miles today! Stay tuned for a great Sangria recipe that I am making to go with the pizza 🙂
